Oraha V NRMA 1.10.2010 – Letherbarrow DCJ: surveillance footage is required to be served unless the court otherwise orders that it may be admitted into evidence

Azar v Kathirgamalingan [2011] NSWDC 56 Truss DCJ: Leave be granted under r 31.10(2) to show the surveillance evidence to the plaintiff in cross-examination and to use and tender it at the hearing.
